This product is used to vertically transport people and / or raw materials, inside or outside a building, with an unlimited number of floors. It is applicable in hospitals, hotels, accommodation, housing buildings, and others
The elevators, according to their application, are named as follows:
Type: stretcher, passenger, service, cargo, forklift, winches and electromechanical ladders.
The type of drive can be electromechanical or hydraulic, they are designed with a capacity: from 100 to 5000 kg, with a speed range of 0.3 to 35 m / sec.
The number of stops, the route (distance between the first and last level of finished floor) and the number of landings is designed according to the client's request, as well as the number of doors.
TITAN STEEL
The Titan Steel product is an industrialized structural system based on lightweight cold formed galvanized steel profiles. It is presented as an alternative to the construction of brick walls with a similar spatial configuration. It has been developed for application in homes and industrial buildings.
It is applied as a complete system in buildings of up to 4 levels. Rehabilitation of intermediate floors supported by an existing structure or as extensions on a building, taking advantage of the smaller weight gain compared to other systems.
In addition, it can be used as interior partitions and facade walls: non-habitable roofs on floor and self-supporting roofs.
It is a lightweight framework system based on the use of small pieces, spaced a short distance away. It can be combined with other traditional or non-traditional construction systems. The joints are riveted or screwed, although in some cases you can resort to unions by welding cords, but they are not recommended in thin sheet profiles./p>

PANELS
The light sandwich panels of the refrigeration type are formed by two steel faces with galvanized or pre-lacquered finish and a central polyurethane core that is injected between both sheets, the thicknesses that go from 40 to 150 mm and are manufactured with a width of 1130 mm, in lengths of up to 12000 mm.
Used for walls in modular buildings, in atypical or on-site buildings and also for divisions, shelves, interior insulation walls, etc., so they can be seen mounted on housing systems, schools, shopping centers, camps, offices and others. The versatility of this product makes it universal, so it is also exploited in the solution of walls in cold rooms, since its acceptable results have been proven for this purpose.
Due to its accepted combination of materials, it makes its way between traditional construction systems (block systems, bricks, sand and cement), offering customers faster and easier ways to build applying state-of-the-art technologies on an international scale. It is more economical because the time of execution and commissioning is significantly shorter than that used in traditional systems, also allowing higher quality finishes, exquisite and to suit the client. The lightness of its elements allows them to be handled by a man without the need for lifting equipment, an element that humanizes and lowers the work giving the possibility of transporting large volumes of materials at a low cost.
ELECTRODES
Electrodes for manual arc welding with the technological modernization required.
They have a great demand in the companies of metallic constructions, companies of assembly of structure and machinery, in the construction, in the sugar industry; for maintenance and construction in general as well as for parts and spare parts, among others.
Obtaining an electrode results from the union of a wire drawn wire with a specific diameter (ranges between 3.2-4 mm), to which a homogeneous mixture of flux is obtained, by pressurized processes, obtained by the union of various special raw materials such as: dry mass, ferrolayer, silicate and others.
The work processes are the following: Drawing, Cutting, Mixing, Coating, Baking and Packaging.
Human capital has a vast experience for this type of production, which works under environmental standards and work safety. It works under the norms and procedures endorsed by the AWS A5.1.M: 2004 standards.
CONFORMED PROFILES
This production constitutes a beautifying element in our construction system. It is manufactured according to project and in order to provide a termination solution according to the most demanding tastes of customers.
The profiles and auctions are mounted on all joints that require them. Due to their diversity of shape and colors they fit our constructions. They are produced to order and are used for sealing, finishing and as fasteners such as: easels, ridge, channels, flashing, pretiles. It is an element that is present in all light paneling constructions, such as buildings, video rooms, youth clubs, homes, offices, shopping centers and others.
These productions are achieved in our workshops, where we have a capacity of bending and cold forming in different hydraulic machines with possibility in length up to 6000 mm and 500 tons of force, with punches and matrices of great versatility. Possibility of adjusting the total angle and at each end, with flexibility to vary the angle of the curtain and to regulate paths and perform redoubts and highlights. These productions use flat rolled raw materials in coils as raw materials, usually made of black, galvanized and pre-lacquered steel, including the variety of colors and thicknesses.
Due to the versatility of its shapes, it offers a pleasant appearance to the construction. Provides sealing solution in joints of panels and sheets. It offers security to both roof and wall terminations, reducing the incidence of winds. They are mounted on different types of supports by means of a screwing system.
ROOF TILES
It is a product that is obtained from the steel rolling process with lengths of up to 12 000 mm and different widths, in cold rolling mills, which offer different profile possibilities.
It is applicable for various purposes such as roofs, walls and others. This solution is very common in the roofs of the warehouses of the industries and factories. Also in the lining of warehouse and workshop walls, as well as the assembly of divisions. As a steel deck or formwork lost in several constructions. It is an ideal solution for parking, stops, shelters, centrals and is also part of the walls of the kiosks or points of sale distributed throughout the country.
With the existing rolled trains in our industry we obtain three types of profiles:
- Ribbed with half wave overlap: standardized length 1800 mm
- Corrugated with profile C-29/210: length on request in the range of 1800 mm to 12 000 mm
- Corrugated with profile PF-795/40: length on request in the range of 1800 mm to 12 000 mm
It allows to achieve the length requested by the client up to 12 meters. Its fixation is through self-drilling screws on various supports. Galvanic termination extends its durability. Its production is fast.
MODULAR COSTRUCTIONS
They constitute a very versatile, fast solution and at a substantially lower cost than those provided by traditional methods (blocks, bricks, etc.) without any effect on the quality, beauty and comfort of the facilities built.
The Modular Construction System has been used in temporary or other works that require frequent transfer, including:

The Modular Construction System allows, at the request of the client, to design interior spaces for any function, with the technical networks that are required.
The walls are sandwich panels. The cover guarantees the sealing with tiles and / or fretted panels and joints. The wiring travels inside minichannels. It offers various floor solutions, (ceramic tile, linoleum and anti-slip steel plates). Carpentry with possibility in aluminum, lacquered or galvanic. The final finish is achieved with pre-lacquered profiles. All the elements are fixed to the system by means of specific screws for each case.
1. The internal layout of dividing walls can be changed, increased or reduced, moved and assembled in a short period of time and with a minimum cost.
2. They can be built in places that are difficult to access and do not require sophisticated mounting means or large thickness foundations.
3. Maintenance and breakage solutions are easily resolved and at a low cost.
4. Its durability reaches fifteen (15) years for those facilities that move periodically. For fixed durability, it can exceed twenty-five (25) years.
5. Due to their reticular nature, they have a high resistance to collapse due to seismic movements.
COLD STORES

Cold rooms have a wide range of applications: food preservation; organic waste protection; specialized areas of health centers; Flower conservation Temperatures above or below zero degrees.
The refrigerated enclosures that we sell are constructed with sandwich panels filled with polyurethane density of 43 kg / cm3, with smooth or ribbed finish according to the client's request. The thickness of the panels varies according to the working temperature of the chambers, the most common thicknesses being 80 mm for preservation chambers and 100 mm for freezing chambers.
The floor is built by placing a vapor barrier, a cellulose panel of adequate thickness at the working temperature on which a concrete of minimum resistance of 210 kg / cm2 is placed and as a termination a high performance resin is placed for these applications. The entire interior is topped with sanitary profiles.
We are manufacturers of the paneling and shipping necessary for these constructions guaranteeing civil works and after sales service. Our technology transfer and Know How contract with the refrigeration equipment trading company allows us to answer for the supply of spare parts.
