ASESORÍA EN TITAN STEEL
Industrialized Structural System based on cold forming of galvanized steel sheets, to obtain the profiles, which in turn are cut, punched and folded to the dimensions of the pieces, which are assembled in modules with maneuverable dimensions and weights for Assembly of the Structures in the Works.
The process of structural design and manufacturing of the profiles is fully automated from the Software created for the System, which is capable of delineating a building in a few hours, as well as making its production with the forming machines that make each piece of the building custom in order to accelerate its assembly.
The design of the buildings is carried out taking into account the wind and seismic conditions of each region, achieving up to 5 levels according to these Structural Calculation conditions.
The structure modules, with a maximum weight of 12 kg / m², are preferably pre-assembled at the factory, although they can be assembled directly on site.
The exterior and interior wall closures are made with Light Panelería, as well as concreting with Micro concrete.
The mezzanines and roofs are made from the System itself, with the variant of Steel Deck, Concrete Micro Folders with the use of additives or boards. In addition, the variants of Sandwich Panels or Scratched Tiles can be used.
MAIN MACHINERY
Two Laminators which are each composed of:Intelligent automated cold-forming steel train with two laminators that are mutually dependent with a productive capacity of 124 ML / H each, the first laminates 150 mm core profiles and the second 100 mm soul profiles. These laminators incorporate the latest advances in technology in accuracy of the elements, executing 7 functions during the process:

All this allows the insertion of a profile in or on another profile. Laminators process steel with thicknesses between 0.7 and 1.2 mm, the most commonly used being 1.0 and 1.2 mm.

LIGHT PANELERY
Assembly service with lightweight drywall paneling systems, of the Drywall type with galvanized interior structure support, ideal for the reconditioning of rooms and rooms. Necessary tools and trained personnel to execute the actions.
The principle of the system is based on the assembly of galvanized light structures, (uprights, channels and omegas), which make up a skeletal support fastened by screws, to which dry paneling boards, of modulated dimensions of 1.22 x 2.44, are added m. These are also screwed. To achieve the finish, putties are applied to the joints to fill the separations between panels and then the joints are sanded until a smooth and porous surface is achieved. Finally, paint with color requested by the client is added.

FALSE CEILING AND CARPENTRY
Assembly service of false ceilings and carpentry, with all the technical and aesthetic requirements to suit the customers, an activity that requires trained personnel and specialized tools. There are various types of suspended ceilings, integral, registrable, modular, plaster type, etc. In the case of carpentry, several qualities can be obtained, from galvanic to pre-lacquered with a range of white, tan and chrome colors.
The false ceilings are of different types and various solutions, most of them are mounted from a skeletal structure tied to the inside of the roof, supported by galvanized wire 1.5 mm in diameter. The boxes that can be registered or not, are depending on the size of the slab, this can be from 300 x 300 mm to 1220 x 2440 mm. The auxiliary profiles constitute a finishing element in the system, such as the T-type, square, angular, etc. connections. The range of solutions offered by the carpentry is applicable to the construction system of the company, since the profiles conform to the wall solutions, where a reticulated edge with light structure is executed from galvanized channels to support it. The finish is offered by the exterior fence profile of the carpentry.

Based on the parameters designed for the climate of Cuba, engineers provide the service of analysis of distribution of cold currents, taking into account the principle of saving electricity.
